How Wholesale Works

  1. Place and Submit your Order

The First step is to go to our Farm Store and place your pre-order to reserve your animal. The best time to pre-order is early spring starting in May. Due to limited availability, waiting reduces your chances of reserving an animal. If you miss the pre-order season (MAY - AUG) that’s okay. Depending on availability, you may still be able to order a standard whole lamb from our farm store during the off-season.

2. We Will Reach Out

When you place your order and pay the deposit at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email. This secures your spot in our processing queue. We will contact you about the timing for processing your lamb. Please note that lambs are currently only available for processing starting in September due to the finishing process. Due to limited availability animals tend to be claimed quickly, so don’t wait.

All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. During harvest season (SEP - OCT) processing occurs weekly to ensure a steady supply of premium grass-fed lamb for your family.

3. Delivery or Pick up Date

Once the processing date is determined with our butcher, we will contact you to set up a pick up or delivery date. We offer free delivery within 30 miles of our farm for orders over $250. This means there is no delivery fee for wholesale orders. We also offer free on farm pick up. We would love to “meat” you and show you where your food comes from.

4. Final Payment

Our bulk lamb customers pay by credit card from an invoice that we will email in advance of delivery or pickup. Final whole lamb invoices must be paid in advance of delivery. We also accept credit cards and cash at time of pickup for our on farm pick up option.
