What You’re Getting

  • 30–36 lbs packaged meat

  • Vacuum sealed and frozen for on-farm pickup or local delivery

  • 100% grass-fed and grass-finished

Fills approximately 1.5–2.5 cubic feet of freezer space depending on freezer and organization.

Choose Your Cut Style

1.Standard Cut (Most Popular & Recommended For First Time Buyers): $150 deposit

A standard whole lamb includes a balanced mix of premium cuts, roasts, ground lamb, and stew meat:

Premium Cuts

  • 2 racks of lamb

  • 8 loin chops (4 packs of 2 chops)

Roasts & Slow Cook Cuts

  • 2 boneless leg roasts

  • 2 bone-in shoulder roasts

  • 4 lamb shanks

Ground & Stew

  • Approximately 3–5 lbs ground lamb*

  • Approximately 2–3 lbs stew meat*

*(final quantities may vary based on animal size and trimming)

2. Custom Cut (Limited Availability Per Season +$50)

  • Full control over cutting instructions

  • $200 deposit

Cut sheet completed after reservation in our Resources section.

Pricing (Per lb by Hanging Weight)

Seasonal pricing is locked in upon purchase of pre-order reservation.

Final total confirmed after processing.

Mid Season (May–Jul): $10.50/lb
Late Season (Aug–Oct): $11.00/lb
