Pasture-raised and rotationally grazed on our Missouri farm, our lamb is produced through a hands-on grazing system focused on animal welfare, land stewardship, and consistent quality.
Our lamb is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished with no grain feeding at any stage. Each animal is USDA-inspected and processed locally to ensure safety, consistency, and transparency from farm to table.
All available cuts will be displayed here when on hand.
